CUSTOMIZED DETOX PROGRAM
Bio Energetic Assessment

A Bioenergetic evaluation is also known as electrodermal testing and electro accupuncture.  In the past I have used a Bio Meridian machine for the testing.  I now have a new electrodermal testing machine manufactured by G Tech called “ASYRA”.

This machine enables much faster assessments and can address many more energetic issues.  This technology is also based on the work of Dr Reinhold Voll.  The assessment is accomplished by having the client hold a brass hand mass in each hand.  The test is selected by the practitioner and in a short time the assessment is complete.  Many different types of tests can be selected to address what will balance the client’s meridian energy. 

According to homotoxicology research by Hans-Heinrich Reckeweg M.D., disease processes first alter the body’s energetic field and if left unchecked eventually lead to chemical changes and then finally to tissue destruction and/or disease. 

Because of  our changing environment our bodies are constantly being taxed by and overload of toxins.  Here is a list of  just a few toxins we are exposed to:

A toxin is regarded by the body as a disturbing frequency.  When it enters the body, it introduces interferences into the organism.  In many cases the body is equipped to detoxify itself from the impurities.  If, however, it is unable to do so, the toxin is absorbed into the system and ultimately stored in or around the cell structure.  This affects the energetic integrity of the organism and affects its ability to perform properly.  Toxic disturbances can create blockages in the meridian system.  Such blockages to the flow of energy and information are believed by acupuncturists and homeopaths to precede the physical manifestation of disease.  If the energy blockage (disturbance) is present for sufficient time, the organism may be unable to compensate for the disturbance and therefore may begin to degenerate.

Many people suffer from functional disturbances.  A functional disturbance occurs when no specific tissue or organ damage can be identified by conventional lab work or other pathological diagnostics, yet the person still experiences a myriad of symptoms.  Electrodermal testing and the resulting remedies can re-establish balance to the energetic pathways (Meridians) that run through organs, glands and tissues.  This approach is not looking for any particular disease state and therefore no claims of diagnosis can be made.

IONIC FOOT BATH

Each treatment is 30 minutes. At the end of the treatment you will usually see a great deal of “sludge” in the water and sometimes the water will have an odor. This is evidence of toxins leaving your body.

It is recommended that you start off with at least 10 treatments (2 for 5 weeks (ideally) or one for 10 weeks) to give your lymphatic system a boost. This will also complement any detoxification or weight loss program you are on.

 BIA - BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

BIA stands for Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis, and is a quick and painless way to measure your body composition. Body composition means the different structures or parts of your body.

The BIA can measure and track changes in the amounts of body fluids, fat, and lean body mass, which includes your muscles and organs. If you have had any recent weight changes, getting a BIA done can help you find out what is going on inside your body. A BIA is also a good way to make sure you are staying as healthy as possible. Although a BIA cannot tell you if you have lipodystrophy, it can help measure your total fat and muscle stores.

Optimal weight is a matter of body composition. Muscle mass to fat mass is a key indicator in many health related conditions. This simple analysis provides keys to improving health and fitness.

Although this analysis does not detoxify you, it give you important information about your body. This assessment should be done at the start of a detoxification program and then again after six months to a year to check the progress of your detoxification program.

If you haven't had a BIA done before, it's important to know a couple of things so you will be better prepared. First of all, the BIA sends a very low electrical current that you will not feel throughout your body. If you have an automatic implantable cardiac defibrillator (AICD), you should not get a BIA done. BIA is perfectly safe for people with pacemakers.

• All metal jewelry should be removed. Although you won't feel anything, metal removal is encouraged for more accurate results.

• Try not to do any exercise or other activity that would make you sweat at least 8 hours before your test. This is important to get accurate body fluid results.

• Try not to have any beverages containing caffeine or alcohol in large quantities 12 hours before the test.

• You will be asked to go to the bathroom before the test to get rid of any waste products. If you have diarrhea, it is important to tell the technician who is doing the BIA, as diarrhea can affect your body fluid results.

• Your height and weight will be measured. Your height will only be taken the first time, but your weight will be measured each time you come in for a BIA. Since an accurate weight is important, remember to empty out your pockets, remove your shoes and any other heavy clothing.

• You will be asked to remove your right shoe and sock before lying down on a table for the test.

• Two sticky pads, called electrodes, will be placed on your right hand and two more will be placed on your right foot. If you have lots of hair in these areas, you may feel some discomfort when the pads are removed.

• Once the leads are hooked up to the electrodes, the test will only take about one minute longer.

• The technician doing the BIA test will then input some numbers, your age, weight, height, and gender into a computer. A page of results will then be printed.

 The BIA also provides suggestions for exercise programs and calories associated with those exercises.
